We’ll have an easter event for you from 5th of April until 10th of April. During the special easter missions you can find various eggs which will boost your mission income. It doesn’t matter if you win the mission or not, and you can sell those eggs for silver; you don’t have to save them. You can also find golden eggs containing gems for you!
You’ll unlock an achievement if you find 5 different eggs. Take a look at your loot chest then – ahhhhw, isn’t it cute? Join the great egg hunt!

Hello everyone! We've got some good news to share!
We’re currently working on a new version of our item generator which makes things more flexible and it’s easier to foresee the power of the resulting item. Let’s have a look at how items are created in Battleknight:
An item is roughly created in three steps. At first we select the base item depending on the level. This item doesn’t have any attributes yet, it only defines its name and graphics. Secondly a certain attribute set is selected which defines what kind of attributes are placed on the basic item. For the third and last step a random number in a specific range is selected to calculate how high the actual bonuses on the attribute are.
What does the new item generation mean for you?
If you are playing a high level you will have noticed that you can’t buy or find new or useful gear. With the fix to the generator we are now able to produce items for any level necessary so you shouldn’t have to worry ever again. Beside that, in the past we’ve had only a fixed number of attribute sets, now we can generate them dynamically. That means: more attributes for high level items which had no bonuses.
The second advantage is that we get more specific items on higher levels. The old generator created quite random items with rising level, with the new one we have more control over the item quality.
The range how high the actual bonuses were, scaled overly strong with the item level. Now we have a scaling variance based on a percentage of the actual bonus itself.
For example in generating an item, if an item had a maximum strengths bonus of 100 in the past it would have a wide range meaning that there was the potential to have an item with +14 strength which is not very good. Now this has been changed so that a percentage variance is introduced. If an item is generated with a maximum of 100 strength a % variance is added, for example 20%, which means that the lowest possible bonus is 80.
The % variance will vary according to location and method of acquiring items. For example clue rewards will have a smaller variance, therefore the items will be much more powerful, group mission items will be affected to a smaller degree as well. In the future we may fiddle with the merchant and auctioneer items as well.
On average the items will now become much better.
